Dr. Ghaith Kazkaz approached us after deciding to branch out on his own, leaving behind the medical tourism companies he had been working with. Specializing in dental tourism, he aimed to build a strong digital presence that would appeal to Arabic-speaking patients living in Europe, particularly in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Problem

Dr. Kazkaz was looking to build his own brand after years of collaboration with larger medical tourism companies. He needed to establish a solid online presence and directly engage with Arabic-speaking patients across Europe. The challenge was not only to create an appealing brand from scratch but also to attract leads in a highly competitive and saturated market for dental medical tourism.

Solution

I implemented a digital strategy by building a completely new funnel, starting with a dedicated landing page aimed at Arabic-speaking patients in the target countries. For social media, I launched his Instagram account and designed a visually cohesive grid to represent his brand. The content strategy included a mix of educational posts, reels, and promotional material. Additionally, I ran tailored advertising campaigns on both Google and Instagram to reach the target audience effectively.

Result

Our efforts led to the successful generation of more than 1K qualified leads, with his call center converting 7% into new patients. His Instagram account, launched from scratch, reached 10,000 followers in a short period.
