WAW Lifestyle, initially launched as “Wellness at Work,” pivoted during the COVID-19 pandemic to become a global wellness platform, offering users access to yoga, meditation, and holistic health practices. I was brought in as a freelance regional marketing lead to support their expansion into Arabic-speaking countries.
Problem
WAW Lifestyle aimed to expand its presence in the MENA region but lacked the necessary market insights to effectively penetrate this diverse market and position itself as a go-to wellness app for Arabic users.
Solution
I conducted comprehensive market research focused on wellness trends and consumer behavior in the Arab world. This included analyzing cultural nuances, language preferences, and app usage patterns. I also helped WAW localize its content and marketing strategy, ensuring the app resonated with the target audience.
